                  AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A CITY OF CHATTANOOGA
                  DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOTS 228 AND 229
                  OF THE LAKE VISTA SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
       abandoned a City of Chattanooga drainage easement located on Lots 

       228 and 229 of the Lake Vista Subdivision, Unit No. 1, as 
recorded
       in Plat Book 19, Page 82, Register's Office of Hamilton County.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as
       provided by law.
